High-Performance Schueco Systems: Utilization of Schueco Sliding ASS 50, Window AWS 50, and Door ADS 50 insulated systems, specifically chosen for their thermal performance and durability. Insulated double glass units with low iron.
Corrosion Resistance: PVDF coating finishing applied to all systems for enhanced corrosion protection, ideal for the project’s close proximity to the Andaman Sea shore.
Stainless Steel Fittings: Robust and long-lasting Schueco fittings to complement the insulated systems.
Cold-Bent Frames: Bending of the outer frame’s top and bottom track, then rolled with the Isomat Machine from Schueco. Adding an enhanced drainage feature, ensuring water tightness of up to 600Pa, verified through rigorous testing in the Teasco test chamber under Schueco’s supervision.
Custom Circular Skylight: Unique circular skylight featuring ceramic-printed dot patterns and a tailor-made aluminum frame for aesthetic appeal and functionality.
Acoustic Louvers and Sun Shading Systems: Engineered to improve acoustic performance pump and filter rooms for and provide effective sun protection above the pool.
Glazed Pool Bottom: High-strength laminated glass panels with super durable sealants, offering a safe and visually striking pool bottom solution.
Elevator Glazing: Glass enclosures designed and fabricated to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of the elevator.
