Project Overview

Teasco designed and manufactured a bespoke 5,000m² aluminium ceiling system tailored specifically for this landmark project, featuring a PVDF 3 finish for enhanced durability and aesthetics.

Project Features

• Unique Circular Mushroom Design
  • The ceiling incorporates a distinctive mushroom-shaped structure using 3mm solid aluminium perforated panels.
• Innovative Panel Engineering
  • Triangular panels were designed for secure installation in multiple orientations:
    • Horizontal (facing down)
    • Vertical
    • Horizontal (facing up)
• Rigorous Performance Testing
  • The system was tested at TUV PSB Singapore, achieving:
    • NCR figure of 0.94
    • SAA figure of 0.96
  • Both results exceeded specified requirements, ensuring superior acoustic and structural performance.
• On-Site Factory Assembly
  • Components were pre-assembled in a controlled environment near the site, ensuring precision, consistency, and an efficient installation process.
